What is DejaWorks?
DejaWorks is a creative audio studio based in the Adelaide Hills, focused on bringing music to life through clarity, emotion, and detail. From mixing and mastering to full production, podcast editing, and film sound, we work across genres to help artists shape their sound into something that truly connects.
Our approach is collaborative and relaxed, with a strong emphasis on quality and intention. Every project — whether a single, an EP, or a live recording — is treated with care, aiming for a result that feels honest and finished without losing its character.
While sound is at the heart of what we do, we also support artists visually — creating cover art, gig posters, logos, EPKs, and simple websites to build a clear and cohesive identity around the music.
Meet Samael Cole
I’m Sam — the producer, sound engineer, and creative behind DejaWorks. My work blends a love of texture, groove, and nostalgic themes with a focus on intention and sonic clarity. I’m less about chasing trends and more about crafting something that lasts — something that feels as real as it sounds.
Over the years I’ve been dedicated to refining my craft, completing a Diploma in Audio at SAE Adelaide. I’ve worked across a range of genres and mediums, helping artists refine their ideas and bring their vision into focus. Whether I’m mixing a track, recording a session, or helping develop an artist’s sound and image, I approach each project with detail, intuition, and a deep love for the process.
